Who we are

Nurture and Navigate was created to offer a more informed and practical response for individuals and families who need more than standard support alone.

Our Mission
At Nurture and Navigate, we are deeply invested in bridging the gap between clinical excellence and the NDIS framework. By leveraging our collective experience in the public health system and private practice, we offer a unique, dual-sector perspective that ensures our participants receive professional, recovery-oriented support tailored to their specific NDIS goals.

Why we started

Created to fill an important gap

Nurture and Navigate began from years of working in child and youth mental health and seeing a common problem repeat itself. Many young people and families were clearly in need of meaningful support, yet did not neatly fit the criteria for some services or were left trying to manage with options that did not fully meet their needs.

Even when funding was in place, finding the right kind of help was often difficult. The vision behind Nurture and Navigate was to create something more responsive. Not just support that talks about change, but support that helps people work through it in real settings, with practical guidance, skill building, psychoeducation, and a stronger sense of connection for both the individual and the family around them.

How we help

Building understanding alongside support

Nurture and Navigate is not just about being present during difficult moments. It is also about helping individuals and families better understand what is happening, why certain patterns may be showing up, and how to respond in more helpful ways.

Through education, guidance, and skill building, the focus is on creating stronger understanding and giving those around the individual more confidence in how to support them day to day.
